Delivery and VAT

Prices (inc VAT) are:

Lightweight items £2.99

Up to 1 kg £4.95

Up to 2 kg £5.95

2-30kg £6.95

Over 30kg £10.95

Despatch for items in stock is usually within 1-2 working days. UK delivery time is 2-3 working days from despatch. We will advise if any item you order is out of stock. Please add a note if you require items by a particular date. Some items may carry a higher delivery charge depending on value or bulk.

 

Same day despatch for next day delivery

Mainland UK customers orders received by 2pm on a working day have the option of same day despatch with Royal Mail or other carrier on a NEXT WORKING DAY (not Saturday) delivery service.

Current Express prices (inc VAT) are:

Lightweight items £5.95

Packages up to 1kg £8.95

Packages 1kg - 2kg £10.95

Packages over 2kg (up to 30kg) £13.95

Some items may carry a higher delivery charge depending on value or bulk. For Highlands and Islands addresses, express delivery will usually be 2 working days. The order system will calculate and show the carriage charge before you agree to pay. We will notify you of any delay in despatching your order. If you have any other special requirements, please phone before ordering to ensure we can help.

 

Carriage charges will vary according to weight and destination. You will be shown the cost before payment. Delivery time is generally 4-7 working days. Please ask for express rates if required.

 

 

VAT is applied to all orders to be delivered to UK and European Union destinations.

 

Channel Islands customers please ensure you select 'Channel Islands' as your delivery country and not UK for VAT-free pricing.

 

Order confirmations for deliveries outside UK/EU area will show prices includin VAT but the order total will exclude VAT and the deducted VAT amount will be shown.
