The most rugged FLOATING handheld VHF from Standard Horizon.
The HX751E is the updated replacement for the HX750E. Improvements include a luminescent band around the unit for easy location in the dark. The keypad has been improved and includes an on/off button for the built-in LED strobe light.
Drop it on a deck or drop it in the water, the HX-751E is designed to take on the roughest of seas and keep you communicating all day with its ergonomical shape and diecast chassis.

Built-in thermometer, Volume and Squelch indicators on the display. SOS Strobe light, Programable Scan, Priority Scan, Dual Watch, and speaker microphone connector.

Speaker Microphone Accessories
There are 3 different Speaker microphones are available, including one that is fully waterproof. A minature earphone microphone and VOX headset are also available as optional accessories for the HX-751E.
Power supply options
The HX-751E is normally powered using its internal 1150mAH Li-Ion battery, but can also be powered from AAA drycell batteries in an emergency using the FBA-38 dry cell adaptor.
